Foster Carer Application
To be a successful foster carer, it’s essential to provide your foster animal with the best care possible. This includes offering high-quality food, a safe and comfortable living environment, clear leadership, affection, and any training needed to help them thrive. Above all, the safety and well-being of your foster animal should always be your top priority. Dogs should never be taken out off-leash without prior approval from us. Cats should remain indoors, unless they are in a appropriate secure caged area.
As a foster carer, you will also be asked to support potential adopters by hosting Meet and Greets, either at your property or a nearby park. Your insights into the animal’s personality and suitability for adoption will be invaluable in helping them find the right forever home. Each foster will require a 2-week quarantine period, and will need to be kept on your property and isolated from other dogs. Additionally, you may need to transport your foster to vet appointments or administer any required medications.
