Saving lives, one rescue at a time

We're a 100% volunteer non-profit Victorian-based rescue on a mission to help dogs and cats find their happily-ever-after home.
Every animal in our care lives in a warm, loving foster home where they get all the cuddles, comfort and care they need until they’re ready to join their new family.

FIND YOUR PURRFECT COMPANION

Here are some absolute cuties that we have available for immediate adoption. You can find out more about them by viewing their profile, or search all the cats and kittens that are available for adoption by clicking 'VIEW ALL OUR CATS'.

Evie.png

Lovey Evie

Evie is looking for a calm, quiet home that embraces both her cuddly and independent sides. She must be kept indoors, with access to a cat enclosure. A friendly cat companion is a must to keep her company.

Conrad.png

Playful Conrad

Conrad is seeking a home as an inside only cat, except for walking on a harness or access to an outdoor enclosure. He is affectionate and would do well with someone home often or another desexed cat.

Arthur.png

Cheeky Arthur

Arthur needs a calm, child-free indoor home, and a playful desexed cat friend with plenty of toys and enrichment, and someone home often for love and play. He’ll need a little time to warm up to new people.

SNIFF OUT A TAIL-WAGGING MATE

Here are some absolute sweeties that we have available for immediate adoption. You can find out more about them by viewing their profile, or search all the dogs and puppies that are available for adoption by clicking 'VIEW ALL OUR DOGS'.

Cujo.png

Gentle Cujo

Evie is looking for a calm, quiet home that embraces both her cuddly and independent sides. She must be kept indoors, with access to a cat enclosure. A friendly cat companion is a must to keep her company.

Ginny.png

Shy Ginny

Ginny is looking for a patient, active family with a secure yard. She needs ongoing training, encouragement to build her confidence, and a playful desexed adult male dog for company; not a puppy or senior.

Buddy.png

Best Buddy

Buddy is looking for a loving home with plenty of cuddles, playtime and patience as he settles in. He’d love a playful desexed adult dog for company, or people who are home often. He’ll also benefit from confidence training.

URGENT PLEA FROM OUR PRESIDENT

We never reach out unless it’s critical, and unfortunately right now it is. Our little rescue is drowning in vet bills. As of 30th June 2025 we must raise $25,000 to get back on our feet.

Fundraising is harder than ever, but the number of dogs needing urgent care keeps growing. We’ve exhausted every avenue. Raffles, BBQs, tins in shops – they just don’t work anymore. Yet we continue to drop everything, 24/7, to help dogs in crisis. It's what we’re here for.

This is our SOS! If every supporter gave just $10, we’d reach our goal in no time. And because your donation is tax deductible, it’s a win for you and a lifeline for them. We can’t thank you enough for your donation; every dollar truly makes a difference.

Much love, Susan xxx

Your donation helps keep our doors open for us to help dogs like Chase, Mia, and Zac below. We truly can’t do it without you.

Chase.jpg

Chip in for Chase

Chase came into our care after his loving owner could no longer care for him due to serious health issues. From the beginning, we knew Chase would need dental work — and vets have since confirmed he requires extensive treatment, including multiple extractions. Despite everything, Chase is gentle, trusting, and full of heart. Your donation will help cover his vital dental surgery and ensure he can live a comfortable, pain-free life.

Zac.jpg

Help precious Zac heal

Zac arrived in our care from a regional pound with his siblings at just 10 weeks old. While all seemed healthy at first, he suddenly became gravely ill. He was rushed to emergency and admitted immediately, needing a lifesaving blood transfusion to survive. At such a young age, his prognosis was uncertain; but Zac pulled through. Since then, he’s been visiting the vet weekly for seven weeks to monitor his PCV levels.

Mia.JPG

Support little Mia’s recovery

Mia came to us at just nine weeks old, severely underweight after arriving from an outback pound. Within 24 hours, she lost her appetite, developed diarrhoea, and began vomiting. She was rushed for testing where she was diagnosed with giardia. Although she began treatment, her symptoms returned within 48 hours, and she was rushed to emergency care again, needing stronger, longer-lasting medication.
